I’m Bethsy, an intuitive fine artist who’s focus is portraying the deep grounding peace one can still feel despite having a chronic illness.

I don’t overly focus on the negatives (I’m talking to you, depressing “support” groups)…or promote the unrealistic “my illness is my superpower” stuff.

Instead, I appreciate the beauty in the nuances, the inner peace we can still find in our daily life, and the strength in vulnerability.

From a young age, I’ve had an innate creative spirit and deep desire to bring out the best potential in people. I have spent years honing the art of deeply empathizing, mentoring, and nurturing others.

When my chronic illness was at its worst, art allowed me to remain mentally clear, centered, and unwavering in my purpose.

I didn’t want to get swallowed up in self-pity or lose my joy and desire to LIVE.

I believe you must feel a connection to this, or you would not still be reading.

I would love for you to have that reminder in your own life, because you are not alone.

You are proactive in your healing and you have not given up.

Doing and pursuing what lights you up may look different now but it is not gone.

If that is you, my art belongs with you, fully.
