Art became my lifeline through insomniac nights.
Not just a creative outlet—but proof that I was still here.
Still becoming.
Still worthy of beauty, even when I felt invisible.
I didn’t create to impress.
I created to anchor myself.
To reflect the version of me I was fighting to grow into—
not the one the world expected to see.
That’s why I now create for those who’ve healed.
The high-achievers who’ve stopped performing.
Those who know their bodies now—
who’ve changed their pace, their priorities, and their nervous systems—
