What is Body Harmony?
Dealing with insomnia, migraines, concussions, whiplash, hyperthyroid, and/or the endless symptoms and complexities of a rare chronic illness?
Yeah, same.
I didn’t expect this to be part of my story either.
But here’s the thing: after countless rounds of physical therapy, therapy-therapy, meds, enzymes, diet overhauls, and everything in between, I bet you realized something major.
You’re ready.
Ready to use your story to help others not have to struggle as much as you did.
Ready to be the giver you are, after all the growth you’ve gone through.
You’re done with the “block and delete” energy (those people are long gone, thanks).
But, you get a knot in your stomach every time you think about putting yourself out there.
Or you have started on your venture (your book, your business, you podcast) but you’re holding back because you feel like everybody and their mom is doing what you’re doing.
Or you’re super enthusiastic, know what you need to do, but somehow, lack the energy to do it.
All these things show there’s a deeper issue.
How do you navigate the things no one talks about—like setting the right boundaries to go in this new direction when you’re the one everyone counts on?
2. Done with being told to “just rest.” Look, you value rest deeply, but let’s be real: rest without purpose?
It’s boring. You have a brain, and it works, even with the brain fog.
You want to lounge on your daybed and go after your dreams. You want to show up because you want to—not because FOMO bullied you into it.
3. You’re especially done with support groups that only focus on how hard it is, with the same five people one-upping each other’s misery. You don’t need another Karen reminding you she’s been sick longer.
What do you really want?
Real conversations about what’s working.
The ability to live calmly while handling life’s responsibilities and helping others.
The inner balance to care for yourself and still feel like you—bougie, creative, independent, and deeply generous.
What I’d love to be doing:
Taking care of you, the person everyone relies on, because let’s face it, being on a deep healing journey can feel lonely.
Having deep conversations with you about balance— how to care for your body while adding more to your plate, allowing you to still show up for the people you love.
Guiding you on how to use your limited energy efficiently. Not obsessing about what “she’s” doing but staying confidently in your lane—beautifully, purposefully, and in harmony.
Creating meaningful art that reflects your journey, permanently reminding you of the hard, unseen work you’ve done and the incredible strength you carry.
In Body Harmony, we focus on helping others by setting the example of being rested, living beautifully by creating an environment of safety, and going deeper in the lessons we’ve already learned.
Because you don’t need:
Another depressing support group where hope is optional (no thanks).
To make your illness your “superpower” (you’re way more than that).
To be coldhearted to set boundaries (generosity thrives with balance).
A new method to “try harder” (we’re about depth and simplicity, not overwhelm).
This is about taking everything you’ve already mastered and refining it—like slipping into your favorite silk robe.
Because let’s face it: you’ve always been that person. Independent. A nurturer. The one people count on. Chronic illness didn’t change who you are; it just forced you to get balanced.
And now? It’s time to fully live that balance—your way, in harmony with your body, your life, and your vision.
Like you, this is who I’ve always been—long before I ever knew I had a chronic illness.
I’ve always valued growth. I’ve always been fiercely independent. I’ve always cared deeply for the people in my life. And, yes, I’ve always loved a little bougie flair.
Getting knocked down—becoming bedridden for a year and navigating the complexities of a rare chronic illness—didn’t change who I am.
It just forced me to evolve, to get even more intentional, and to find a balance I didn’t know I needed.
That’s where my expertise lies.
For me, creating art wasn’t just a creative outlet—it was survival. It was how I processed the emotions, the setbacks, and the deep, unshakable hope I refused to let go of.
And over the last 4 years, I’ve had the privilege of using that same creativity to reflect the journeys of people like you. Through art, I’ve helped others feel seen in ways words can’t describe.
Body Harmony is the culmination of everything I’ve learned—about healing, growth, and honoring the hard, unseen work it takes to thrive.
It’s inspired by the beautiful conversations I’ve had with people who, like you, have invested in themselves time and time again.
People who don’t just see where they’ve been but celebrate how far they’ve come—and are excited about where they’re going next.
This is what I do. This is what I know. And this is how I turn your resilience into something tangible, beautiful, and deeply personal.
My unique method combines mentorship and art into an experience no one else is doing.
This has been my way of helping others through my unique chronic illness journey, and I am here to help you do it your way. From a state of calm, balance, and clarity.

Let’s be honest—ribbons, mascots, and spoons don’t even scratch the surface of our journeys.
There’s nothing wrong with them, but they don’t capture the depth, the nuance, or the quiet strength it takes to live this life.
Because you? You see the beauty in the small things. You find peace in the rhythm of your daily life. And you’ve discovered strength in vulnerability.
You don’t look at life through the lens of despair—you move forward with quiet, unwavering hope.
While others might think, “I can’t…” your mind is already asking, “How can I?”
And here’s the thing: so many of us with chronic illnesses live this way. But nobody says it to us. Nobody sees it because they’re too busy labeling our illness as either “inspiring” or “tragic.”
Let’s rewrite that narrative.
True inner balance, harmony, and peace? It’s possible for us.
Not by “trying harder.” Let’s be real—you’re already trying harder than many people ever will.
It’s about expanding the options you already have. It’s about finding the perfect balance between the rest you need and the growth you deserve.
You deserve softness. You deserve to lounge. You deserve to expand, to grow, and to live beautifully in harmony with your body.
That’s the essence of Body Harmony—and reflecting that essence in art is my gift to you.
A forever reminder of your strength. Your beauty. Your balance.
And I would love to share that gift with you—the practice, the space, and the celebration of everything you’ve worked so hard to create in your life.
